What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns for the following reasons within 7 days of delivery:

Incorrect Items: If you receive products that don't match your order.

Expiring Products: If you receive products past or nearing their expiry date (less than months remaining).

Damaged Products: If your products are damaged during transit (do not accept tampered seals).
Important Notes:

We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products.

We cannot accept returns for hygiene-sensitive products.

Returns based on wrong order selection are not accepted.

Returned products must be unopened, in their original manufacturer's packaging with price tags, labels, barcode, and invoice intact.

Batch number of the returned product should match the one on the invoice.

Returns due to prescription changes are not accepted.
How to Make a Return:

Return Approval: If your request is genuine, we'll initiate the return process.

Refunds: We'll process your refund once we receive confirmation from the vendor regarding the returned product.
Refund Methods:

KBZPay Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your KBZPay account.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your nominated bank account.

First Star reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

We cannot guarantee replacement for all returned products due to stock availability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
