At First Star, we understand that receiving your health and wellness products quickly is important. We offer efficient shipping options to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery TimeFrame:

Yangon: Enjoy next-day delivery for 100% of orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Other Cities in Myanmar: Upon confirmation of your payment, we process 100% of orders within 24 hours (subject to product availability). Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. Due to COVID-19, intercity delivery times may vary.

Intercity Delivery:

Yangon: Receive your order within 1 business day.
Other Cities: Expect delivery within 5-10 business days to townships across Myanmar.
Remote Townships: Our Care Companion will contact you directly if your township is currently outside our delivery zone.

Shipping Rates:

Standard Delivery: We offer a flat rate for all standard-sized, standard-weight, and non-hazardous material orders.

Oversized, heavy, or hazardous materials may have specific shipping fees assigned to them or require freight shipping.
Freight shipping fees are calculated by the carrier based on weight, size, delivery method, and location. We pass on these costs to our customers without any markups.
